The Dolphins will farewell inaugural assistant coach Nathan Fien, who will depart the club to join the St George Illawarra Dragons coaching staff from the 2027 season.
Fien has been an integral part of the Dolphins' journey since joining the club's inception, joining inaugural Head Coach Wayne Bennett to help build the NRL's newest franchise ahead of its debut season in 2023.
Serving as an assistant coach with a focus on attack, Fien has played a key role in developing the Dolphins' attack, while also playing a pivotal role is developing the emerging Dolphins' Academy.
The Dolphins thank Nathan for his dedication, hard work and contribution to the club's foundation and wish him and his family all the best as he takes on his next chapter.
