Herbie Farnworth and Selwyn Cobbo have capped a history-making season for the Dolphins, earning Dally M Team of the Year honours.
Farnworth was crowned Centre of the Year, while Cobbo claimed Winger of the Year following an outstanding first season in Dolphins colours.
The pair were recognised among the competition’s best after playing key roles in the Dolphins’ most successful season to date, helping the club reach the NRL Finals for the first time.
Farnworth continued to establish himself as one of the competition’s premier centres throughout 2026.
The English international crossed for 15 tries and recorded an incredible 166 tackle breaks, proving a constant threat with the ball in hand throughout the Dolphins’ historic campaign.
Cobbo and Farnworth earn Dally M Team of the Year honours
For Cobbo, the Winger of the Year award caps a remarkable first season in red, white and gold.
The damaging winger crossed for 18 tries in 20 appearances, while producing 93 tackle breaks and 26 line breaks in an electric debut campaign for the club.
Cobbo’s form also carried onto the representative stage, earning a Queensland recall during the State of Origin series before claiming the Ron McAuliffe Medal as the Maroons’ Player of the Series.
