Dolphins winger Jamayne Isaako has etched his name into rugby league history, becoming the outright holder of the premiership record for consecutive point-scoring games.
Isaako surpassed the previous mark of 94 straight matches by scoring points in the Dolphins’ clash with the Tigers, extending his remarkable streak to 95 consecutive games.
The record was previously shared with former Bulldogs winger Steve Gearin, who scored points in 94 consecutive matches between 1978 and 1982.
Isaako’s extraordinary run has now stretched across four seasons, with the Dolphins sharpshooter recording points in every game he has played since 2022.
The achievement highlights the consistency and reliability of one of the NRL’s premier finishers, with Isaako continuing to deliver week after week in Dolphins colours.
Breaking a record that had stood for more than four decades further cements Isaako’s place among the game’s elite point scorers and adds another milestone to his outstanding career.
With history now made, the Dolphins winger will look to continue extending his record in the weeks ahead as the Club pushes towards its maiden finals appearance.
