Injury Update: Katoa to miss Tigers clash

Halfback Isaiya Katoa will miss Saturday’s clash against the Tigers after sustaining a knee injury in last week’s game against the Roosters. The playmaker will sit out as a precaution to allow time to rest and recover.

In positive news, winger Jamayne Isaako has been cleared to play despite dislocating a finger in the same match. Isaako is expected to take his place on the wing as the Dolphins look to maintain their attacking strength.

Meanwhile, Jake Averillo continues to make strong progress in his recovery from a finger injury suffered in Round 8. While his rehabilitation is tracking well, he is not yet ready for a return to match action.

Lewis Symonds is also sidelined due to illness. He is recovering well, however a timeline for his return remains to be confirmed.
