Key inclusions return for the Dolphins this Thursday night as they head back to Suncorp Stadium looking to build on last week’s home victory over the Storm.
After lifting in the second half to secure their third win of the season, the Dolphins will carry momentum into their clash with a Bulldogs side desperate to turn their season around.
The Bulldogs will be searching for a much-needed win, but history at Suncorp Stadium is not on their side, with the Bulldogs winning just two of their last 17 games at the venue.
Adding to the occasion, Ray Stone is set to make his 100th NRL appearance on Thursday night.
Team News
Dolphins
The Dolphins will be boosted by the return of Jeremy Marshall-King, who is set to take the field for the first time this season after recovering from an MCL injury sustained in January.
Kodi Nikorima also returns to the side after serving a two-week suspension, adding experience and creativity back into the Dolphins’ spine.
Bulldogs
The Bulldogs will be without forward Kurt Mann, who has been sidelined with a head knock, while Jake Turpin is also out with a biceps injury.
Harry Hayes and Sean O’Sullivan join the bench for Canterbury.
Match-Up
Farnworth v Crichton
This week’s key match-up comes in the centres, with Herbie Farnworth set to take on Stephen Crichton.
Both players are proven strike weapons and have previously been recognised as Dally M Centre of the Year, setting up an exciting battle on the edge.
Farnworth has been outstanding for the Dolphins in 2026, scoring four tries from eight appearances, while also recording one try assist, 57 tackle breaks and four line breaks. His strong carries have been a major asset, averaging 171 running metres per game.
Crichton has featured six times this season, recording two try assists, 17 tackle breaks and one line break. While he is still searching for his first try of the year, his experience and defensive presence remain key for the Bulldogs.
Farnworth has also shown his versatility and work rate, making 115 tackles so far this season compared to Crichton’s 68.
With Farnworth sitting on 126 NRL appearances and Crichton on 148, this centre battle brings plenty of class, experience and power to Thursday night's clash.
