Kindred Property Joins the Phin Family in 2026

The Dolphins have welcomed Kindred Property as the club’s Official Real Estate Partner, strengthening a shared commitment to community, connection and growth across the Redcliffe and Moreton Bay Region.

Kindred Property’s partnership with the Dolphins marks a natural progression in a long-standing relationship, having supported both the Dolphins’ NRL side and the Redcliffe Dolphins over many years.

The new agreement formalises that connection, bringing together two organisations built on teamwork, trust and local pride.

Kindred Property also has a direct connection to the Dolphins NRL team in the guise of foundation player Mark ‘The Goat’ Nicholls, who has begun his post-football career as  a sales agent for the company.

Kindred Property  CEO Amanda Melville said the partnership reflects a shared vision for the future.

“We’re proud to partner with the Dolphins, a club that shares our deep connection to the Moreton Bay community,” said  Melville.

"Trust is at the heart of both Kindred and the Dolphins. From helping a family navigate one of life's biggest decisions, to fostering a high-performance team culture that performs on the field - success is achieved through having honest and strong relationships.

"Both Kindred and the Dolphins are focused on growth and building something long-lasting - whether that's helping people achieve their property goals, or creating a rugby league club generations of fans can be proud of.

"This partnership will also create further opportunities for us to engage with fans, families and residents of our local community on the peninsula, across Moreton Bay and beyond.

"We're your other home team and alongside this proud club we're excited to make a real difference to everyday people every day."

Kindred Property is known for doing real estate differently, with a strong focus on teamwork and a clear game plan built around each customer’s goals.

This partnership will also bring together two organisations dedicated to making a positive difference in the community. Kindred’s people-first approach, paired with the Dolphins’ focus on building a proud and connected club, underlines a commitment the entire community.

Dolphins’ Chief Executive Terry Reader said the partnership was a natural fit for the club.

“Kindred is a brand that genuinely represents our community,” said Reader. “They’ve supported the Dolphins for a long period of time and to now welcome them as our Official Real Estate Partner is an exciting step forward.

“We are aligned in our values around people, trust and community, and we are looking forward to working together to create meaningful impact both on and off the field.”

As part of the partnership, all of Kindred’s sales signboards will now proudly display the Dolphins NRL logo on them which will be in front yards of properties across the region.
