Young gun Oryn Keeley to join the Dolphins in 24'

The Dolphins have nabbed a young forward of the future with the signing of Newcastle Knights player Oryn Keeley.

The 20-year-old Keeley will join the Dolphins on a three-year contract and move immediately into the club’s top 30 list.

Born at Gosford on the NSW Central Coast, Keeley played his junior football with Northern Lakes Warriors before being signed by the Knights.

The 98kg edge forward played with Newcastle’s Harold Matthews Cup and SG Ball Cup side before making his NRL debut last year.

Season 2022 was also notable for Keeley as he was selected as captain of the NSW under-19s Origin team.

Keeley’s last NRL match was in the final round of the 2023 season for the Knights against the Dragons.
