Kodi Nikorima will switch to the centres for Saturday’s match against the Newcastle Knights in Perth.

The Dolphins will travel to Optus Stadium as part of a double header that includes the Rabbitohs-Sharks match.

Nikorima finished the 23-22 loss to the Bulldogs on Sunday in the centres after an injury to Euan Aitken.

Aitken has a low-grade medial ligament injury that will keep him off the field for two to four weeks.

Nikorima’s ability to cover the centres allows Wayne Bennett to keep Hamiso Tabuia-Fidow at fullback, where he has been dangerous all year.

Anthony Milford’s sparkling form off the bench last week has won him promotion to five-eighth.

Isaiya Katoa was 18th man against the Bulldogs, but comes back into the top 17 on the interchange list.

Ray Stone has been named on the extended bench in case he can make a late recovery to return from a broken hand suffered in round 20.
