Wallace to contest charge tonight

Jarrod Wallace will head to the judiciary tonight after being cited for a grade-one shoulder charge out of Sunday's match against the Panthers.

Wallace was facing three weeks on the sideline with an early guilty plea and four weeks if he is unsuccessful at the judiciary hearing.

Wallace was charged over a 36th minute tackle on Spencer Leniu. He has already completed a suspension for a similar tackle earlier this season.

If he is suspended, Wallace would miss at least the next three matches against the Bulldogs, Knights and Roosters.

Felise Kaufusi was also charged with a minor high tackle offence this morning, but escapes with a fine.

The squad have the week off with the bye before heading to Bundaberg in round 22 to face the Bulldogs.
