Dolphins duo back for Sunshine Showdown against Titans

Jarrod Wallace and Anthony Milford have been brought straight back into the Dolphins’ team as the club gets some encouraging news on gun hooker Jeremy Marshall-King’s injury.

It was feared Marshall-King was in for a lengthy lay-off with a recurring AC joint problem suffered in Saturday’s tight loss to the Broncos.

Marshall-King was at his dangerous best, getting the try that got the Dolphins ahead of the Broncos in the second half before reaggravating the shoulder.

The good news is that the injury has settled down remarkably over the weekend to have the Kiwi Test hooker in line to play against the Titans on the Gold Coast on Sunday.

Wallace and Milford are certainties to come off the bench after completing three-match suspensions.

As expected, Felise Kaufusi is out with concussion.

Kenny Bromwich will move back to the second row and Herman Ese’ese will start at prop against his old club.

Euan Aitken has been promoted from the interchange to the centres to cover the loss of Hamiso Tabuai-Fidow to Origin duty.

Kodi Nikorima will again fill the fullback role, while both Max Plath and Harrison Graham provide cover for Marshall-King on the extended bench.
