Capras best Cutters as Redcliffe edged by Wynnum in Rivalry Round

It was another weekend of tight contests as the Capras beat the Cutters at home before Redcliffe were narrowly beaten by Wynnum.

CQ Capras 30 defeated Mackay Cutters 22

  • Kurt Donoghoe topped the metres with 188 playing at lock and made 24 tackles, the most for the Capras
  • Bailey Butler continued his good form picking up a double to go with his 168 metres
  • JJ Collins ran for 150 metres starting at prop

  • Jack Bostock scored in the opening minutes and kicked three conversions
  • Captain Dunamis Lui racked up 156 metres to go with his 18' try
  • Tesi Niu picked up 201 metres - the most of any player for the game
