Stone charged and ruled out with HIA

Ray Stone has been charged with a grade one dangerous throw out of the 31-30 loss to the Raiders yesterday.

With an early guilty plea Stone will escape suspension and receive a fine only.

In an irony, Stone is currently in concussion protocol and is unable to play in next week’s NRL Magic Round anyway.

The Dolphins will name his replacement when teams are announced on Tuesday, with Poasa Faamausili, Mason Teague and JJ Collins likely to come into consideration.

In Magic Round the Dolphins will play in the 5.30pm Saturday timeslot as the away team against the Sharks at Suncorp Stadium.

Meanwhile Harrison Graham made his return from an MCL injury suffered in the Dolphins Pre-Season Challenge and Anthony Milford returned through the CQ Capras in the Hostplus Cup.
