Player Appearances
The Dolphins wish to support and fulfil as many requests as possible from not-for-profit, charity, community, schools, and sporting organisations. The club receives a high demand of requests and unfortunately cannot assist every organisation with their requests.
Player Appearance Guidelines
Please refer to the guidelines and process below if your organisation is interested in player appearances from the Dolphins.
- Player appearance request form to be completed (below)
- Minimum 6-week submission before the desired date
- Not to exceed 1-hour duration for appearance
- Appearances are to be facilitated between February – August
- Request success based around; the team competing, training, playing, player resources and other club commitments.
- Organisations and the individual’s relationship involved with rugby league will be considered
- Personal requests will not be considered e.g. Birthday parties or similar personal gathering
- Notification of the club representatives may be distributed the week prior to the event due to availability.
Dolphins accept no responsibility for last-minute player cancellations due to injury, illness or change to training schedule.
