Injury Update: One Bromwich in, one out

Dolphins' captain Jesse Bromwich is set to be named to play against the Cowboys on Saturday after a favourable scan yesterday.

Kenny Bromwich however, will be unavailable as he in concussion protocols.

In a boost for the Dolphins, Felise Kaufusi and Connelly Lemuelu are also available for selection for the trip to Townsville.

The Dolphins captain left the field with calf injury in Sunday's defeat to the Knights but has been cleared of any muscle tear.

"It is more of a corked calf rather than a strain," said Dolphins' Head of Performance Jeremy Hickmans.

"He will be looked after early on in the week and may not train with the team tomorrow.

"But if all goes well he should be good to go against the Cowboys."

Kaufusi is in line to return from a hamstring injury suffered in round five against the Tigers.

Lemuelu played 80 minutes for Dolphins' affiliate Norths Devils at the weekend, his first game since injuring a knee in a round-one clash that was also against the Cowboys.
